Founded by the Uribe family, California Tacos was established in 2012 when Alejandro Uribe decided to start a business and introduce the Santa Ynez Valley to the best dishes from Mexican culture while also adding a mixture of foods found in California.

The heart of California Tacos has always been our handmade tortillas, which are incorporated in many of our signature plates.

California Tacos offers a full bar and the best selection of 100% agave tequila, which delights and brings the food to life.
